By accessing or using PhotoToVideo (phototovideo.io), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PhotoToVideo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Free Tier

The free tier provides 5 AI image conversions per day per IP address. This is provided as a courtesy. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not use PhotoToVideo to generate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or realistic fake imagery of real individuals intended to deceive or harm.
• Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Material infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content of any kind.
• Anything illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations result in permanent account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

4. Content License

Free tier: Generated images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. By default, images may appear in our public gallery (you can opt out by emailing us).

Paid tier (coming soon): Full commercial license for all generated content, subject to underlying model provider terms.

5. Circumvention

Attempting to circumvent rate limits using VPNs, proxies, bots, or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension.

6. Service Availability

PhotoToVideo is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI models may produce unexpected results. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The PhotoToVideo platform, design, and original content are our intellectual property. AI-generated output ownership is subject to applicable law and model provider terms, which are evolving rapidly.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PhotoToVideo from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
